11. Fees and payment

Fees for advisory, tax and compliance engagements are set out in the applicable engagement letter and are payable in South African Rand unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may attract interest at a rate permitted under applicable South African law, and Talmiro reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid accounts after reasonable notice.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an advisory engagement in accordance with the notice provisions set out in the relevant engagement letter. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website, at our discretion, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts, without prejudice to any statutory right you may have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
